Safety Gate & E-Stop

At 22.5 mm wide the SAFE 1 and SAFE 2 series the world's smallest safety relay reatures up to 3.6 Amp positively guided relay safety outputs, protction up to safety catagory 4 for EN 954 for single or dual channel wiring, automatic or manual reset, visual LED state indicators, opposite channel.

At only 45mm wide, the SAFE S.6, S.8, and S.10 offer 6,8 and 10 Amp positive guided safety outputs with contacts rated at 6 to 10 Amps per contact, protection up to safety category 4, automatic or manual reset, LED state indicators, opposite channel polarity, electronic fuse protection and operating voltages from 12 to 230 volts.

Safe Z: 22.5 mm wide, 24v AC/DC 2 hand anti-tie down control relay in accordance with ZH 1/486 and DIN EN 574. Features 2, -6 Amp normally open positively guided safety outputs and 1, -6 Amp normally closed auxiliary output. 500 ms actuation simultaneity and temperature ranges from -25 C to +55 C

RS-NAGU.1: Used in applications where light curtain muting is required. Features 3 N.O. short circuit proof safety semi-conductor outputs, 4 muting sensor inputs, dual light curtain inputs. RS-NAGU.2: Features 3 N.O. 6 Amp positive guided relay contact outputs and 2 semiconductor auxiliary outputs. Both feautre LED indicators and error detection.

Expansion Relays

RS-NAGX4 and RS-NAGX8 relays offer the ability to increase the safety outputs of any of the Riese relay family to provide from 4 to 8 additional positively guided safety outputs and 1 N.O. safety feedback output. The RS-NAGX series feature LED channel indication voltage ranges from 24V AC/DC to 230 VAC as well as selectable opposite polarity between channels.
